LST's Engineering Department is composed of highly experienced engineers with creative spirits, which our customers value so much. Designing should be a critical consideration in your selection technology process. Consult with our in-house design and manufacture staff to evaluate the design and material needs. In order to save the time of successfully completing a new project, minor changes in the mould design process are needed to reduce tooling cost, improve part yield, and expedite production cycle. Our goal is to provide high quality for all of our projects with reasonable cost under high efficiency of cycle time.

For some products with complicated shape and structure, with CAE software design staff make fluid analysis, simulate dynamic fill and refrigeration process of actual melting, give state parameter in the course, ( pressure, temperature, speed and so on) weld lines, air traps location, flow balance speed, racetrack domino offect, flow and speedy flow of melting, filling state for any filling or any time, confirm reasonable gate and runner, predict needy injection pressure and clamp force and find out the possible deficiency to offer reasonable mould design scientific foundation. The application of CAE technology makes mould production cycle shortened, cost reduced and quality improved.
