1: Tool Standard and steel
Steel of mould
The steel and the construction were used for the mould will affect the cost of the mould a lot. We put advanced technology into our design and use very suitable steel to insure the quality of the mould and control the cost of the mould to be the lowest in the meantime. Many of our prototype and small quantity tools are made from tooling grade aluminums. Whether or not you require a hardened tool depends on the number of parts you expect to run and the materials you are running. High volume tools should always be hardened as should medium volume tools that run with a glass or mineral or other abrasive material.  When purchasing a hardened tool make sure the runner systems are also hardened Stainless Steel and other corrosion resistant steels are commonly used when using corrosive materials or additives are present in the plastic. Beryllium Copper and other copper allows (AMPCO, etc.) are used for heat transfer as well as wear applications. Many kinds of world-wide applied mould steels are used in our production.
Mould standard and mould base
We design mould according to customer's requirement, such as DME, HASCO standards are used into our production. We usually nominate LKM to supply us the mould base and purchase other mould components from leading supplier in china.
