We follow the quality standard of ISO9001: 2000 in each inspection step. LST has a high degree of in-process control on mould manufacturing and final mould qualification. Equipped with in-house mold trial injection machines, all of activities are carried out in our factory under strict quality control guidelines by our experienced staff to ensure they meet our customers' specific requirements.
LST ensures to deliver good quality mould consistently at the shortest cycle. Tests simulating operating conditions are performed on each new mold before it is qualified for shipment. Using the latest scientific molding process and equipment, LST is capable to analyze every step of the injection molding process to assist in debugging and qualifying the molds. We define quality as total customer satisfaction.
