After receiving your inquiry, we will provide full professional technical support throughout mold production and delivery. Complete supporting documents for molds or finished goods will be enclosed with each shipment.
Mold supporting documents include: mold maintenance manual, mold material certification, mold qualification inspection report, test report, and 2–4-hour test footage, among others.
Product supporting documents include: material certificates, production test reports, COC certificates, etc. Should any malfunction occur at your factory, our professional engineers will assist you with troubleshooting. We can dispatch engineers to your site for on-site support if necessary.
Prior to delivery, we inspect all products per ISO standards and provide product COC reports. If any defective goods are found during your use, we will send new replacements to you immediately, fully free of charge including all shipping fees.
